President Directing General Chairman, Joe R. Duncan gave his President Report to the Delegates at the Convention on Thursday.
He reported on the happenings of the District since the last Convention, four years ago in St. Louis MO.  He also set forth his vision for the future of District 19.

On Monday July 26, 2010, opening day of our 6th Quadrennial District Convention, IP Brother Tom Buffenbarger addressed the Delegates and guest with an inspiring speech to kick off our convention.  He praised members of District 19 for the work they have done.  He also challenged membership to keep moving the IAM and District 19 forward.  Our country is in trying times and it is time for the IAM and other Union Members to step up.  Listen to Brother Tom's speech in its entirety by clicking below.
